This an ideal steamer for single servings. I live by myself, so this steamer comes in handy for single servings of steamed vegetables. The design, the ease of use and how easy it is to clean and store are some of my favorite features. I use mine daily.

I like this product but I wish it came with more o formation on how long to cook certain things. The one that came with it is very limited and not clear

You can prepare just what you want for a particular meal. Not too much or too little. The right size.

I wanted to get a steamer after visiting my sister who steamed great vegetables. But her steamer was a heavy metal pan for use on a stove. This one looked perfect for me. Some reviewed it as tiny & flimsy. For me it's light weight, perfect for one part of a single person's microwave meal. I use this to steam chopped veggies. I have a different shape to steam asparagus or fish.
