**Q: How many sets would I need to write Eleanore or Ellie?**
A: You would need two sets of lower case and one set of upper case for each name.

**Q: what is on all 6 sides?**
A: Two sides feature embossed letters. The other four sides are blank.

**Q: Is this made of solid wood with no glue or ink?**
A: Alphablanks are made with solid basswood, and do not contain glue or ink.

**Q: if decorating - can you use regular permanent sharpies or must be oil based? Also, do you need to coat them with something after or leave as is?**
A: When we use ink on the blocks its water based, we never coat the blocks since there is a chance children will put them in their mouths, we suggest leaving them as is.
