If you’re staying on top of application it honestly does help but you gotta keep it lathered up.

Did not work for me until i changed packaging
I was so excited to find a cheaper version of prep h but I found the product very greasy and it did nothing to help with my pain, burning, or itchiness. New update: I took the cream out of the tube and put it into a new container that I could stir it. Once it was mixed together properly it worked great!

Product Works Well and Provides Quick Relief
I am using this product in addition to Tucks wipes and this combination is working well for me. It's very easy to use and I find it to provide relief for me quickly.

Highly effective
This is so easy to use and highly effective. My friend recommended this to me and it was worth it. I used this for a short period postpartum.

Not too helpful
First of all I agree with everyone here. Is very painful to use that tool to insert the cream in. I was in a lot of pain and this cream helped a little, but did not solve my problem. You need more probiotics and change the way you eat. I also find a good laxative which prevented inflammation and the pain.. I will not use this cream in the future because It dosen't work for me . It might work on you so feel free to try it.
