I’ve also used other more expensive face washes. Drunk Elephant, Youth to the People, Farmacy, Tatcha, Tula and this one is my fav. I won’t say “hands down” or “by far” but it’s the most consistent. It never, ever leaves my face feeling tight and dry. It keeps most acne away (not hormonal- once a month kind though 🙄), and it does a good job of removing makeup. Something I was pleasantly surprised at as a usual foamy face wash lover. I have had to up my moisturizer the past few months due to dryness related to new medication. So I would say it’s not heavily moisturizing.
