People are being too kind on quality issues
As I bought at 50% off I decided not to return, otherwise this would have been straight back. It had the issues a number of people have mentioned in reviews and more. The finish of the wood was terrible, barely any sanding. The fit of the blade, the blade within the sheath at tang etc had to be manually sanded by myself to fit it was so bad. The blade isn’t properly set in the handle, the blade although sharp was so poorly finished, cheap pressed blade with the edges out of the press not filed off. Clearly this is being cranked out in the backstreets of China, barfly are putting their brand on and charging likely 10 times the price in China. Truly terrible quality product compared to other barfly items I have bought. It has made me question buying the brand in the future.

This knife is fantastic. It cuts through ice like butter, is insanely sharp yet does not easily blunt which I expected with ice. It also looks great, although considering the price the unfinished wood handle feels cheap and like it won't last long considering it gets wet every use. My biggest gripe is that this is totally unusable if you're left handed, and no left handed option exists. Most knives are sharpened with a right handed bias but can be easily adjusted, this thing has a wedge on it like you wouldn't believe, and actually cutting left handed would almost certainly result in injury.
