Definitely a must have! I'm very happy I purchased these. I was skeptical due to the price, but it has been worth it. I started wearing these a week post my c-section. I ordered a small. The first few days were challenging to get the underwear on as I was still swollen and a little sore and the underwear fit very tight. It made it hard to put the underwear on and pull over my incision. After wearing them for a day, I could see my stomach getting flatter. After 3 days, the underwear fit much better. I've been wearing them now for 2 weeks (3 weeks post delivery) and am very happy with the healing of my incision and the support it provides while wearing! Side Note: be sure to hand wash! The directions say hand wash only.

Horrendous the rubber silicone patch sounds like it would be nice but it’s uncomfortable the legs are so tight it makes your legs look like fat is hanging out , and despite it being shape wear it somehow makes my stomach look fatter than. It is. Not comfortable or flattering . Also the material itself for underwear is not breathable

Great quality and comfortable for after a c section. The silicone strip is ingenious- my Physicial Therapist was very impressed with it being attached to the panty. I wouldn’t say it is the best girdle to push the belly in postpartum but more of a comfortable secure pant for when you are taking a break from other less comfortable girdles.

These pantries have been my go-to since my c section. I am 5’4” and weighed 160 directly after the birth of my daughter and for the first week postpartum, these were too tight to even think about wearing. But by the second week they became my favorite panties, and I wear them every single day. They provide great support to my recovering abdomen and just feel good on. They wash up well in the washing machine; I do not put in the dryer but lay flat to dry instead. They fit a panty liner just fine also. I was skeptical at first but these have been worth every penny.
