Hi I am writing this review after using this product. I purchased this product on 1Dec and after 10 days it stopped working. So after few days I checked it has 3 months warranty and I contacted the customer service but the number they shared was not connecting to I raised the concern to seller through chat option. Seller told me the process and provided replacement it's been 12 days approx and product is working fine. Sometimes I feel it's overheating. Let's see how long this heatpad works are in total it's just 20 days I am using it. Not highly recommended but it's fine. Not reliable like flamingo heatpad it's just I don't like the feel or design otherwise it's good

Positive: Temperature very fast high and good for massage. Surface velvet soft handfeel Maximum belt comfortable size 36 inches only though stretchable but too tight Long power cable Negative: edges doesn't have heating. Only the area where we can see hole design grid have heating. Unequal spread of heat. Not flexible enough as claim in photo.

Nice product worth the price it's comfortable and very useful

It is v bad product. It is not getting heated properly.

Its belt is small. Cant fit on stomach if you want to use for Lumbar Spine problem. It is ok for other use like on leg, hand, etc. Material is nice.
