Slow delivery and damaged product
Very disappointing! Very slow delivery, it took 10 days for it to be delivered and it arrived damaged and not working. Now i have to wait for them to pick it up and approve the refund.

Love this!
This blow dryer is AMAZING! I currently have a conair blow dryer and hair that is very thick and gets frizzy when I dry it. This dryer dried my hair in a fraction of the time it normally takes - it also greatly reduced the time it took to use my straightener afterwards. It left my hair very smooth in comparison to my old dryer! I would say it is on the heavier side but totally worth it for the time it takes to finish blow drying my hair.

NOT worth the money
DO NOT BUY!!! this is my 2nd one and just after 1 year my last one burnt out and this exact one that is 13 months old has just set fire while I was using it. I take care of it and I have never once wrapped the cord around it, I clean it weekly and am very careful with it. The company only covers a 1 year warranty and its 1 month past warranty expiry

Good not as great as I was hoping
Expensive. Produces a lot of heat and air. Has an attachment to direct air flow which is nice. It’s a little heavy but not too bad. Extra heavy duty cord and plug. Noise is average. I just don’t see any real difference in my hair drying faster than my lower end dryer. Nor do I see it help with frizz. I even bought their heat protection product. No help. Takes just as long and I would still need to flat iron. Doesn’t provide any shine if it’s supposed to help with that. Buttons are easy to find and use.
