1st card DOA.. amazing customer service from Amazon
The first card I received was DOA, see picture. I called Amazon and they overnighted me a new card giving me 30 days to return the broken card. 2nd card works as expected. Great performance, 50c at 100% load. The card is power hungry at 100% load it uses 250W.

Powerhouse gpu
I was kinda nervous about purchasing used from amazon. I got the card it looked almost 100% new. If the box didn’t have a small tear in it I’d never know the difference. Got the card Installed and updated all my drivers. By far the best gpu I’ve owned. This can handle any task I throw at it.

So far a great video card.
Great rtx 2080 super same spec as air cooled Ftw3 ultra. I brought two cards to run in nv link .able to run at 2100 MHz core 1875 for memmory. Great for gaming on a g sync monitor 3440 x 1440 at 120 hz . I love that the water block is pre installed. No need to take apart the cards to watercool just added to my loop I already had.

Dead on arrival
Stay away from this one! Mine showed up with tons of cracks in the water block. There are 2 layers of plexi-glass and the cracks were on the bottom of the inside layer, so I thought it was some aesthetic choice from EVGA. I hooked it up in my water loop and the card wouldn't display anything. I spent hours trying different cables, different monitors, and different settings, but nothing worked. I finally disconnected it and contacted EVGA, who told me those cracks are not by design. I have no clue how they came to be, perhaps EVGA's production line is to blame for over tightening the screws?I called EVGA and apparently now I'm waiting for them to approve a return. I have to ship the card to them, wait for them to get it, wait for them to process it, wait for them to ship it back, and then pray the replacement works. I spent so much time on this and that answer is so disappointing....plus with the cracks in the water block I could have fried my entire system easily.Bad design, bad assembly or bad shipping practices created this problem. Adding a layer of bad service after is just the icing on the cake. I'd advise looking at the other brands if you value your time and/or computer.
