McCormick 30% Less Sodium Brown Gravy Mix, 0.87 oz

I really like this brand of gravy and like the sodium is lower in this but my family still liked the taste. It cooked up nicely and was vrry easy and I thought it was quite cteamy and lump free.

It’s all gravy. Not too salty. Just brown. Easy to make. Don’t follow instructions. Just whisk with room temp water in a bowl prior to heating up so you don’t get lumps.

Enjoyed this along with some roast beef I had bought from the deli. Made a great open faced roast beef sandwich. It was very easy to use. And being gluten free and less salt met the rest of my dietary needs. Looked just like the color of the gravy I make after hours of cooking a pot roast. And was enough for 3 meals.

I’ve never been able to make decent gravy but this takes all the stress out of the process. It tastes great too!

I love this gravy

Since my kids dunk everything in gravy, I grabbed this for easier weeknight dinners. Sodium is a bit lower, which helps since I’m not in my twenties anymore. I just whisk it into the drippings while the nuggets cool. Tastes close to homemade and the kids clean their plates.

I use these when I make stew or beef soup. Put a package in when I fill the instant pot or crockpot, and it helps to thicken the sauce. I like that it is low sodium. We get enough salt as it is.

Good mix. Still need extras to make it better - at least cooked garlic, wine, evaporated milk.
