We use Pam cooking spray and they stick every time.** A: I know the feeling. I had the same problem with the 8 and 10 inch T-fal fry pans. I think I went on the internet for help. Anyway, I ended up coating them with vegetable oil and baking them in the oven at something like 350 degrees for an hour. It definitely helped.
