Does elf putty cover wrinkles?

It's very light weight and acts more like a slight smoother then cover. It is definitely not a foundation texture. I think it's more affective for pore minimizer and color correcter then wrinkles.

Does this only work for white women or can black women use it too?

I’m Pakistani and have medium dark skin tone. It works perfectly for me. It absorbs into the skin with no white cast what so ever.

Can I mix this primer with sunscreen?

We suggest that you apply your sunscreen first and then apply the primer.

What is the best way to apply brush,sponge or fingers?

I put it on with my fingers then set it in with my sponge.
