cheap plastic container that broke
Although I liked the product, I found the makeup case difficult and awkward to open. It broke after 2 months. I contacted the company and all they offered me was 30% off something new in US dollars and free shipping. I was disappointed in their customer service and will not likely purchase anything made by them again especially considering the price which was over $50.00.
