Thai Kitchen Gluten Free Peanut Satay Sauce, 8 fl oz

I saw quite a few negative reviews after I ordered and hadn't received this product so I was a little concerned .I had ordered this product previously and it was totally fine. When I received the peanut satay sauce it was fresh and delicious with an expiration date of early 2027.This is not a peanut sauce so if you want more of a peanut taste just add some peanut butter. This product is delicious and to my surprise this small jar went a long way. I recommend this product from this seller.

This is a great product. I’ve only ordered it and used it one time, but I will be re-ordering it in the future.

I made Vegan Thai Peanut Butter Noodles and needed to provide a side for protein. 1/2 fam is vegan; 1/2 is not Used this sauce on shrimp; added to vegan recipe for non-vegans; and it turned out amazing for both vegan and non vegan alike! Important to note: I absolutely love Thai sauces and how heat builds over time and/or preparation. In this case, adding the Thai Peanut Satay sauce built upon flavor and added a mild heat, Family has already asked for a repeat asap as well as some adjustments for almonds vs peanuts,

Great product that I've bought for years, and I've demonstrated that I can't make decent Thai peanut anything without it. It's mild and a little sweet, much easier to add to and spice up to taste than others I've tried. ROTTEN packing job when fulfilled by Amazon this order. See picture.... - - THIS IS NOT HOW YOU HAVE ANYONE PACK GLASS JARS. - - I've ordered this peanut sauce before, and the jars came snugly packed and wrapped in bubble wrap. Today, I picked up the box and heard a glassy clink. Bad sign. I opened it up to find the interior stained by leaked peanut sauce,l. The jars were rolling around loose on their sides, with next to no attempt made to pad them, and no individual protection at all. METAL lids were deeply dented, freshness seals damaged, at least 2 GLASS jars unsealed and leaking (at that point I didn't want to be touching that mess anymore). If this was a rush job, then the rush is at fault, because there's no way anyone with 5 seconds to think about it decided this would work out okay. RIP jars, replacement processing.

I going to be honest. This stuff tastes great. One of best sauce I've ever eaten..only problem with this is. It's very small amount. A few teaspoons and it gone. It's way over priced for such a tiny jar of sauce. Which is why I will not purchase it again unless they come down on the price.

My husband loves this stuff (go figure), and it's not always easy to find. But it was packaged badly this time. Five jars were rattling around loose in the box and naturally, one was broken and leaking all over the others. It was difficult to tell initially which one was broken, as they looked intact until we began to carefully (so as not to get cut) rinse them off. We discovered that one had an almost invisible break on the bottom. Almost as though someone had slammed the box down or piled heavy boxes on top of it. If I could find this Peanut Sauce easily in the grocery store, I wouldn't order them. Consider yourself forewarned. These were packed with some other loose items that were also covered in goo. So we're down one jar. Fortunately, the other jars were okay. I hope everyone else who orders these has better luck.

great on potstickers. haven't tried making peanut sauce with it but assume it would work.

Taste is a personal thing and when I don’t like something I get other opinions as I did with this sauce and the consensus was unanimous, this is lousy satay sauce. I’ve never experienced any Thai sauce, satay or otherwise which tastes as bland and un-Thia like as this. There really isn’t any flavour that stands out, peanut, tamarind, sweet, nothing. It has some sort of flavour but it’s not great. Thia sauces tend to be exciting, have a little burn to them but are loaded with zing and pizazz, this falls flat. Even the texture is blah. Not something we will be getting again.
