There are mixed reviews regarding the firmness of this pillow. I am looking for something very firm. Can you confirm if it's soft or firm?

very firm to me means it barely makes a dent when head rests on it. to me this pillow is very firm by that definition. yet i find it very supportive and comfortable for my neck. i use it every nite and have for 2-3 years.

I would love this pillow if it were longer, 12 inches is just too short. Do you have one that is longer?

The round neck pillow is 12 inches long and has a diameter of 5 inches. While it flattens some it does go back to its original shape for later use.
