Should I get staedtlers or sakura microns for sketching?

Staedtlers, hands down. I used microns for about 6 years, and when I tried staedtlers I immediately knew I was never going back. They're smoother and firmer- microns tend to drag a little and get worn down and fray.

Are these refillable or once the pen's ink is used, you toss the pen into landfill?

I gently lay mine in the landfill.

Are these pens good for watercolors? I want to do my lineart and then paint with watercolors over the top. Any other recommendations?

These pens dried up so fast that I didn't get the chance to find out.

Which is better; The pigment liner 308, Triplus Fineliner 334 or the Fineliner 306 S?

I purchased the Staedtler Pigment Liner and am happy with these pens. They are not scratchy and "ink" well and have a variety of tips; also, archival and waterproof and fade proof. I bought at the time they had a sale, buy 4 and get 2 free in the package, so there were 6 different sizes. I have not tried the Triplus Fineliner 334 or the Fineliner 306S, so cannot compare. Hope this helps.
