This is exactly what I was looking for. They used a pillow similar to this in my physical therapy to stretch my upper back and though it is not the same brand it’s still accomplishes the same result.

Cette protection dorsale est très bien. Elle est stable, ergonomique, confortable. Un bon rapport qualité-prix. Avec ça je n'ai plus de douleurs au dos pendant les abdos, et en plus il ne bouge pas. C’est parfait.

This product enhances the range of motion of your sit-ups by acting as a soft yet sturdy brace in your lower back allowing your but to stay on the floor as you get optimal range of motion. It has a non slip pad on the side that touches the floor, I've found it to be very supportive. Its firm allowing for you to get that full extension. Its a great addition to my gym and an absolute must have. Ignore people who say its to hard for sit-ups, they obviously have no idea what the intended purpose is for this piece of equipment. Its also soft enough to use for hand stand push-ups. I love this thing.

No soy un experto en este tipo de artículos, pero comparado con el que usaba en el box de Crossfit, es un poco más duro, pero no demasiado. Lo uso sobre todo para hacer abdominales y aunque personalmente agradecería un poco menos de firmeza, creo que cumple su función con creces. La calidad de fabricación y los acabados, excelentes. Lo recomiendo.
