Tactical Men's G3 Combat Pants with Knee Pads

Overall, these are a great pair of pants! Affordable, comfy (a slight bit heavy if you're not used to it) but are very adjustable! I normally wear a 36/30 and I can almost get the perfect fit with them. The rip stop isn't fake however, I'm just an airsoft/gun nerd; so take that how you may. The camo is nice and clean, no odd textures or colors out of place. And KRYDEX has awesome customer support, even if they can't do anything (cause that's just how it goes sometimes) they won't waste your time with an email chain. Punctual and professional. They are worth it for hiking, camping, hunting, outdoors, and, milsim. But I can see where these may not be enough for law enforcement and military use.

Installing the kneepads are a pain but it’s the same as the real ones.😂 It faithfully follows Crye’s design and the Multicam is really accurate for not being branded like Emerson Gear’s. Lots of adjustment points which are exactly the same as the real ones. The fabric and stitching looks durable enough for airsoft and recreational use but I probably wouldn’t trust it with my life lol. It has an elastic Multicam material around the kneepads and the bootay which makes wearing them nicer. They aren’t breathable like any non hot weather specific combat pants on this earth. One thing to note is the sizing chart is abysmal. The measurements are what the pants actually are and not a range of who fits.

These pants are great! They feel as good of quality as the name brand 5.11 pants I regularly buy and wear on a daily basis. The size is a touch small for me, but it works as extra motivation to lose a couple more pounds. I normally wear between a size 36x32 and 38x32 and the XL size pants fit tight, but not to the point that I am busting the velcro on the front. The straps on the back of the legs work to make the pants more streamlined do quite well at their intended duty and do not feel uncomfortable. The kneepad slot has a flap that covers where you would insert the kneepads and you need to fold it down inside itself. They should probably include some sort of info graphic that shows how to best install and remove the pads as to help to extend the lifetime of the pants and kneepad insert. Overall, I would recommend these pants to anyone who is on the fence on buying them, especially if you look at the price of what the original pants that these are modeled/cloned off of (around $350usd).

I wore the Crye pants for months in Afghanistan and although these are off brand copies (you can tell by the way the fabric is treated) I’m surprised to say these are a good value for the price. You still get the 50/50 rip stop material but it’s lighter and breathes easier. The stitching isn’t bad but it’s definitely not the same as the Crye pants, so don’t expect them to hold up under heavy use. I wear them for motorcycle riding, but I have a Ryker so laying it down for a slide isn’t a concern. I need the knee pads for road debris strikes. If you ride a sport bike or anything that’s not a HD and are looking for affordable pants with knee protection I recommend these, but I doubt they would survive a moderate slide on pavement. Hopefully they would prevent road rash. If they save your skin and get destroyed in the process, it’s worth $70. I wear a MED SHORT OCP pants and a 34/30 for civis and got a large. GO ONE SIZE UP. They’re the off brand sizing cut.

Had this for about a month now and its clearly airsoft level gear. not bad quality for the price, material is absolutely not professional grade. I just got a pair of the mid-range Emerson Gear pants and it really shows the issues with the Krydex. Sizing is absolutely Asian, as like most eastern clothing, I can't fit my actual waist size comfortably. Not really their fault per say, as just about every clothing company models their pants for people who haven't been lifting and rucking a bunch and have the butt to prove it. The pads that are included are not even close to a good idea. The foam is so stiff that I'm pretty sure that my knees will break before the pads do. Kneeling on the pads is uncomfortable, and only slightly better than kneeling on bare rock. Construction is standard, nothing to write home about, but it hasn't failed on me. I put it through the rigors of climbing, rappelling, and even multiple fast-water swimming sessions. The most I got was a hole in one of the top leg pockets, but that was from a tool abrading from the inside. My Beyond T9 Mission pants had the exact same damage, so it is unavoidable in the circumstances. The one thing I really love about this pant is that the knife pocket is actually sized correctly. I ended up ripping the bottom seam of my Emersons immediately coz it was too small to hold my Benchmade (one that is a standard size for an acceptable pocketknife in service). The Krydex fit it incredibly well. Bottom line: this pant is priced accordingly. It's not close to the OG, but it will give you most of the features of a G3 and you won't feel bad tearing it up doing stuff. I would highly recommend replacing the kneepads regardless, and it makes these a cheaper alternative to Emersons.

These pants seem very durable they are substantial. I'm going to enjoy wearing these at work but probably not when it's hot. I ordered a size up because I saw a lot of reviews saying they were small but I kind of wish I ordered the size I usually wear next time I will Actually, after having worn these for a little bit, i'm glad I ordered a size up.People are right you should probably order one size up. Also, if you're going to be using these pants for work.The first thing you're gonna wanna do is order Crye Precision Gen 3 AirFlex Knee Pads. The knee pads that come with them look the same but they suck.

These hold up in the field for underground utility work.

I wish we had customizable combat pants like these when I was serving in the forces. Not quite sure how I feel about the waist band as it has no hook or button above the fly. Time will tell. Other than that they’re great. Need a bit of breaking in.

These combat pants are actually excellent quality. Just as described. They hold up to heavy use. No need to buy the brand name anymore when the Chinese are making this quality of gear. Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
