Capsules or tablets?** A: They are easy to swallow. They are a capsule like what a vitamin c capsule. I am almost through with my first bottle. In conjunction with the Rogaine, I went through 2 bottles full of this supplement, taking two pills together with a multi-vitamin and food to promote absorption...nothing. Then I split up the dosage (morning and evening), doing the same routine....nothing. About me: I'm in my 40's and have had a receding hairline + bald spot in back since my early 30's, so I'm not sure how much that contributes. I've asked my barber to look and let me know his thoughts. He said he can see some very fine, very weak strands of hair in the bald spot, but that's it. Overall my hair had been thinning out on the top of my head since my mid 30's, slowly over time. I haven't noticed any real change at all.
