Can I use this with Microsoft Lync?

This headset cannot integrate with Lync, however, there is a Microsoft version of this headset which is the Savi 740M. The "M" versions will work with Lync.

Has anybody used the Jabra PRO 9470 and compared to this Plantronics unit?

Hi Kurt, we test and sell every headset product you can think of. I would recommend the Savi 740 over the Jabra 9470. The Jabra 9470 is good, the Plantronics is just better. Sound quality is going to be about the same, Plantronics is easier to use, more lightweight, all parts are easily replaceable and when an issue comes up with a Plantronics headset its typically much easier to troubleshoot.

Would it work well in a noisy environment? Does it have noise cancelling? I work in a call center and don't want my customers to hear other agents.

I never tried it in a noisy environment like this, but so far I had no complains from people I talk to that they hear background noise.
