I drink at least one Xtend BCAA mixed with water every day. I can't say if I can tell if it helps with recovery but I can absolutely say that it helps with hydration. Typically it's what I mix around 10 am to drink before lunch. It's easy to mix, mixes in well and it's a great quality product. This flavor is my favorite flavor. Now that I know I like this flavor I buy the larger size. buy the smaller one until you pick your flavor.

This is good stuff! I have it on subscription along with the Blueberry, but prefer this flavor. Either way, they help with my workout recoveries and I don't feel bad about drinking something that tastes good. I've always used a little hot water to help it dissolve easily before I put colder water/ice in it so I've never had any issues.

I really like the taste. BCAAs do help in the preworkout stage.

Bought a Container a little while back, and it was perfect! Tasted great and didnt have a super chalky taste. Just recently got a new container and it was completely different. The flavor was off(I got lemon lime squeeze but it taste like tangerine). It also has the super chalky texture. It's not unbearable but definitely a let down from my first container. I will say, it seems to work just as well. I'll get another when I'm done with this. Hopefully it's just a one off thing.

My son plays catcher on his travelball team. We play in Arkansas, so towards the end of spring we are playing 3-5 games on Sunday in 90°+ temps. He's a good sized kid (13years 5'7 150lbs) and after catching the first game he would be be too tired to catch the rest of the day. I started giving him the Xtend electrolyte & recovery drinks between games, and there has been a remarkable difference in his performance! He has way more stamina throughout the day playing. He can catch multiple games with relative ease, and has a better attitude. He is incredibly picky about what he eats and drinks, and will drink this because he sees results from it. The first can we got was cherry Airhead flavor. He didn't care much for the taste of it, but finished it anyway. He used the lemon lime most recently and says it tastes much better. We will continue to use this product.

I LOVE the way the way Xtend makes me feel. I recover quicker after a workout. I don't crash through the day. It's also great to get me by if I have to skip a meal or a snack (I am not suggesting this as a meal replacement but for those times you can't get time to eat. I normally get light headed and shaky if I miss a meal. If I take Xtend BCAA's I get none of that). I won't drink it after 5 pm because it does keep me awake and refreshed (and makes it hard to sleep). I do NOT like the taste. I am getting use to it, it is much better with 16-20 oz of water (be mindful if you only mix it with 8 oz...it is strong!). I did not buy this for taste and it is palatable so I did not dock any stars for taste.

I have been using the extend BCAA powder for many years. I love the flavors available. The combination of electrolytes and amino acids have been essential to my workouts and to when I play in Pickleball tournaments. Strangely, my last two orders of lemon lime have come without a scoop in the container. Hopefully that is corrected.
