Functioning well but the gauge outer casing and internal part looks not attached together. Both moves in different way

I bought this product, and received it on 1-Feb-2021. I used it 5 times when it broke. I`m trying to contact the supplier as it is supposed to be under warranty but no luck reaching them out.

For the price point, I shouldn't have a problem with this tool. Bought it, put it in the car and a week later went on an offroad trip. Guess who looked like the idiot? Me! The needle wasnt working, just sitting at 0. So totally useless product for one that's never been used. Look at the rest of the reviews, doesn't seem to be a reliable product. I should have spent my money elsewhere. Will be requesting for a refund ASAP.

Works great! I only tried it on two tires at home but it worked well and easy. First was a trailer tire it dropped fast, 35psi to 15 in no time at all. Next was a 35' on my truck. In only a few minutes it took it from 40psi to just under 20. The gauge seemed to be 2psi off when compared to my digital one. It was two pounds over so I'm not worried about that. I can deal with that. I also have the Boulder Pro Deflators I carry in my truck and Jeep. They are nice because you can do all four tires at once but I wanted a simple option for my wife's 4x4 which is not usually going off road... But you never know.... Especially if I'm driving. This fit the bill and for the money it feels like it could cost more. Very sturdy and solid feel. Overall it was easy to use and seems to work well.

Ich bin öfter im Gelände unterwegs, die Absenkung des Reifendrucks um 1,5 bar ist jedes Mal ein Geduldsspiel, wenn man nicht mühselig, das kleine Ventil herausschrauben will. Mit diesem Gerät gelingt das Luftablassen in wenigen Sekunden, wobei während des Ablassvorgangs der verbleibende Druck jederzeit bestimmt werden kann. Das Gerät erscheint mir baugleich mit dem sehr hochwertigen, jedoch dreimal so teuren ARB-Gerät. An der Qualität gibt es jedenfalls nichts zu meckern. Ich frage mich, wie man zu dem Preis eine derartige Qualität liefern kann.

This tire deflator works very well. Very good materials. Attached very easy and removes the valve stem to let the tire deflate rapidly. Great for overlanding.
