My children (13, 7, and 2) all love playing and building with this stuff. It’s easy to clean up and doesn’t leave surfaces gritty like some other sands do. It doesn’t stain their hands or clothes from what I can tell. Definitely worth purchasing for cold or rainy day activities. It also comes with small molds that even my littlest can easily create perfect structures with.

Compare este producto con varios similares y a mi parecer es de los mejores, me encantaron los moldes de piramides y aunque se tire algp arena al jugar se limpia con bastante facilidad, de hecho prefiero limpiar esta arena que el play doh o la plastilina.

Kinetic sand has been a wonderful addition to our childcare environment! Great Play Sand! It's perfect for the tender hands younger children, and an exceptionally fun "fidget toy" for teens & adults. We've given this as a gift to both kids and adult friends. Everyone loves it. Want more detail? Here goes... The texture of Nat Geo sand is finer, smoother, softer, and more silky-feeling than Kinetic (brand) Sand, which feels like gritty sandpaper and is more akin to real beach sand. The Nat Geo sand is fun to hold and play with in your hands and won't rough up your hands the way Kinetic sand does. You can compress it into a hard, Silly Puddy-like consistency, and then pull it apart into a loose, feathery soft foam. You can roll it, shape it, press it into molds, carve it with modeling tools, cut it with a knife or scissors (an odd sensation), mash it, knead it, and stretch it like Silly Puddy. As a mom of 3 (now teenagers but still applicable) some of the best traits are that it DOES NOT: fall apart, dry out, get sticky, adhere to fabric, stain surfaces, or leave a residue. At our house, we have both Nat Geo Sand and Kinetic Sand and they both have their unique qualities. Kinetic sand is good for creating "traditional" beach-style sandle-castles, but the Nat Geo sand is fun for everything else. We leave both types of sand out on our family room table, and invariably everyone (adults, teens, and kids) ends up playing with the Nat Geo sand. My 70 year-old mom also laughs that it's a great physical therapy/exercise gizmo for her arthritic hands. Hope this helps.

Great quality. Is definitely for ones that need sensory. My grand son has a mild case of autism and loves this product; I actually love playing with it with him. I have bought other brands of clay/sand and this seems to be the best. It is softer if that makes sense.
