These Ticonderoga “My First” pencils are great for young kids who are just learning to write. The larger size makes them easy for little hands to grip comfortably, which really helps with control and confidence during early writing practice. I also appreciate that they come pre-sharpened and ready to use right out of the package. The pencil quality is excellent, smooth writing and durable, just what you’d expect from Ticonderoga. Perfect for preschool or early elementary learners. I would definitely buy these again!

My son can easily get a grip on this pencil, it's nice and bigger than the original pencils. Doesn't have ridges, so its perfect for the soft tiny hands. He's still learning how to control the pencil, but he does it with ease with this one.
