Neoprene is a synthetic rubber, often used in workout gear and scuba suits because it increases your body temperature. It will not only raise your body temperature safely, it will also elevate the number of calories spent after an exercise.

Some people may be allergic to Neoprene. However, it is considered safe for most people. We do recommend not to wear the waist trimmer if you have skin issues/sensitive skin.

How do I pick the right size for me?

We designed two sizes so that we could include as many of you as we can. The Medium Size is 8" wide and 42" long, for up to a 48" waist. The Large Size has an extra wide design at 9" wide and 46" long, for up to a 52" waist.

How do I wash my Waist Trimmer?

Our Waist Trimmer can be washed with a mild soap and only by hand. Wipe it down with the soap and water and let it air dry. Try not to soak it to protect the velcro. Wash your waist trimmer before first use according to the above instructions.

Is the Waist Trimmer for Men or Women?
