Physicians Formula Sexy Booster Va Va Voom Volume Mascara, Black, 0.26 Ounce

I really love this brand and I was very excited to buy this. after I got this and tried it I realised that I needed the Ultra Black color. It's vert nice but the consistency is kind of weird it's very thick almost like butter, maybe thicker. The bottle is really cute with red and black lace that you can actually feel! And of course the little silver high heel shoe. It smells really nice for makeup and reminds me of the smell of yellow cake.Overall I like is and will keep it. I will have to get the ultra black next time.

This is my new favorite mascara. It separates and fans out my lashes beautifully, and the volume is buildable, so you can opt for a more natural look or apply a few coats for more dramatic, pronounced lashes. It also has a lovely, soft vanilla scent. Some comments have mentioned it being overwhelming, but I haven't found it to be too strong. The only issue (and it's a very minor one- hence the 5 stars) is that when I wash it off, I have to first wash my face and then wipe away all the mascara-- it doesn't come all the way off otherwise, and I end up looking like a panda. I've also noticed that if I use a liquid concealer under my eyes, I need to set it with a little powder or the mascara will transfer a tiny bit. However, the pros far outweigh the cons on this and I'll be ordering again.

Product was dried out and couldn't get mascara to come out of tube.

I gave this product three stars because it let me down. I am a makeup artist so i know what Im doing, however, I end up with racoon eyes after as little as 4 hours after wearing. Keep in mind it is winter time, so I am not sweating and I am happy so I am not crying when I wear it. The packaging is super cute, but I will definitely never be purchasing again. Also the applicator brush is huge, and although it does separate lashes it is too bulky.

This mascara is pretty great for the price. For formal events, I'd always go with a department store brand for a little more glamour. For every day, Physicians formula does the job. I have very sensitive eyes and wear contacts daily. This is one of the first mascaras that doesn't break the bank and hasn't made my eyes waters or cause them to be red. When the brush gets clumpy, I drop a few drops of contact solution in the container and it is fixed up almost immediately. Overall, a pretty great product.
