It has the proper heft--not too heavy, not pot-metal light, either, and reminds me of Post-War Gillettes and Shicks. The round handle presents no problem in keeping the blade housing at the proper angle against the face. I never end up with the corner poking me. Once, I didn't check the tightness of the knurled end-knob controlling the "wings." When the blade began to feel like I was shaving with broken glass, I knew it was loose. One turn fixed it. I really like the thing and strongly prefer it to those "aerodynamic" contraptions whose expensive stack-blades seem to me to offer uneven quality.
