I absolutely love love love this heat protectant. It's literally the only heat protectant that works and fully protects my hair. The scent is more manly but I love it. You definitely don't need to use a lot that's for sure. The first time I used it I did what I normally would do. I straighten my hair layer by layer and I usually lightly spray each layer with protection spray. Big mistake!!! Too much equals bad hair day!! Now what I do is I blow dry my hair first then I spray through all of my hair after blow drying then I comb through and allow the spray to sit and dry for a few minutes and then straighten my hair. I haven't burned my hair since using this product. I'm extremely impressed with how well this product works and better yet it doesn't have any Dimethacone in it. Every product I buy has Dimethacone in it which makes my head itch so bad and causes terrible buildup in my hair. This product is now a must have in my bathroom!
