I absolutely LOVE this hot/cold pack! It's affordable and works SO well!! It's quickly heatable and smells absolutely amazing when you hear it up, and you can place it anywhere and it's super easy to reheat if needed. I haven't had to use it as a cold pack yet but I am sure it will be just as sufficient as a cold pack!! The material that it comes in is strong and durable and comfortable as well!!

I bought this for my son who frequently wakes up during the night with growing pains. He can never decide if he wants something cold or hot. This is perfect. We keep it in the freezer and try cold first. If that doesn't make him feel better, we stick it in the microwave and then we try it warm. He is also very picky about scents, but he likes the smell and it helps relax us both when we're up in the middle of the night. It could be a little bigger, but other than that, it's great!

After much research of reviews of many diffusers....I decided to buy this one. I have not been disappointed. It's not wood (which I expected) but a beautiful plastic that is so well molded you can even tell. When I first got it and read the manual it was crazy gibberish but I filled it to what I thought to be the fill line was and put 6 drops of peppermint oil in it. The smell it gave my large living room was amazing. I might have overdone it on the oil though. 😆 LOL . I only run this for an hour at a time but I've found it works so well I don't need more than that. People that say they don't like the bottom plug for power must be crazy because if I dump the water....why would I want it on the side where it could leak into? I dump it in the sink. Plug it back in and bring the water and oil to it. there will always be defective products.

I wanted to give this a five star, but I do have a few minor con's: -you can't pick the color. I got a black one -if I put it on my face, it drys out my skin a little and itches, but I have sensitive skin -I bought it a couple weeks ago and it was $13.99, but now that I have it I would pay $29.99 It stays cold for about an hour, and that's with moving it around my body, and rotating it from side to side. The smell is present and not overpowering. Its best to use laying down, since it is a bag of seeds and forms to whatever its on. I'm not sure why it has an expiration date, can't see why it wouldn't work in a couple years. I haven't tried the heat, but I'd assume it would last as long. I'm defiantly recommending this ice pack and will probably get the 12" x9" since its bigger and has the itichings to help evenly distribute the seeds.

I have 4 of these now, and I love them. 2 at work, 2 at home. Microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds each, and they are so toasty they put me right to sleep. They also have a pleasant cinnamon aroma which calms me as well. Love love love love love. I use them for my feet, shoulders, hips, and even head when my bedroom gets cold. They are literally just warm beanbags, but I love them.

I've order a few for my family members. It smells so good! The herbs really come through when you use it hot for aches and pains. I get migraines and this is wonderful also when you use it out of the freezer. You can smell the herbs as well and it holds it's coldness really good too!

I've used cold packs like this my entire life and this is by far the best weight and best quality of all!! Wasted a lot of money trying other brands that looked like they would be good and was highly disappointed. Search no further this is the one. I keep mine in the freezer because I generally get headaches in the morning and even if I don't have a headache it's just refreshing to start my day with a cold pack over my forehead and eyes before I get out of bed and start my day. Give it a try!
