Solid Product, High Dose
I have reverse osmosis filtered water in my house and have been taking this assuming that the recommended dose of 40 drops was replacing the minerals i was missing from my water. But even in that case, if thats what you want it for, the true dose for replacing lost minerals would be less than a QUARTER that.You might get up to 100mg of magnesium from normal tap water. If you are otherwise healthy and using this with non-filtered water, 40+ drops would be a pretty high dose of magnesium (potentially over 350mg). So just keep in mind that they are probably trying to get you to use more of their product than you probably need.Not a bad product, just be careful with how you use it.
