Freezable "rocks"
Brought as a present, they looked good, smooth surface so they wouldn't damage glass surface. They were put in the freezer immediately, waiting to hear what my brother thought but good value for money

Give you another feeling while you drink your whiskey.
I have never ever added anything to my whiskey, I usually like my whiskey to be really neat and I don't mix it with anything even ice.This is the only way you get the real flavour of what you drink. However, I decided to try this as the stones look really very luxury in the pictures and anyway they won't the change the flavour of what you drink, they just add an extra feeling I guess.Surprisingly, the item I received looks very luxury from the outside before I even opened the box. When I opened it, and used the very well organised stones and added two of them to my whiskey, it really gives a very nice chilling effect on the drink.Nothing to change to do with the flavour, nothing to absorb from the stones, and they are reusable. I really love this item and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have the same experience.I hope this review helps other people looking for this item or other similar products on Amazon.

Excellent gift idea.
This premium quality set of chilling stones arrived packed in a black box sealed in a shrink-wrap foil.Everything starting from the packaging to the stones themselves shows quality and attention to detail.The set includes six stones, wooden board/tray and the set of quiz cards. The stones made of granite and the tray from a hardwood.The obvious reason why they are so good is because of the density of the stones and their ability to 'store' the chill. Also they don't dilute the drinks, so if you need a quickly chilled drink just add a couple of stones and your drink will quickly become nice and cool without the water diluting it.The shape of the stones is also though through as they are round and polished which minimises the potential scratching of the glasses.This set would be a perfect gift for any whiskey or other liqueurs connoisseur. The quiz cards with interesting facts about whiskey are the really nice addition in this set.I can happily recommend it.
