changed my life
my whole life iโve been always just sitting in my comfort zone, and David Goggins has saved my life. the book showed me a side of me i never knew existed, and iโve learned from each challenge and used them to my advantage. iโve learned to push through limits and iโve mastered the power of a calloused mind, all thanks to David Goggins and to this book, daily tasks which iโve once seen difficult and disgusting are not a disturbance on my list. honestly one of the best books iโve ever read and if youโre looking for change and not just for change but for obsession in being a better person, i highly recommend reading this book, and using its content as keys to being a better person.

Such a nice book honestly. David goggins life story is one to truly appreciate and the amount of detail and life changing ideology that goes into this book is immense. Definitely recommend this if you are looking for enervating ending motivation.

very easy read, raw and real
He built a path for the hopeless. he goes to extreme lengths to be proud of himself, he was supposed to be a statistic but the fact that he got up and defied the human body and brain, is just so eye opening. You choose if you want more in life. Goggins had a rough childhood. he didn't let that define his future. he decided to get off of his couch and become a navy seal.
