I tried these out for the first time in high-heeled mules and for an occasion where I had to walk awhile (I know better but I did it anyways!). I am very happy to report that they worked really well! They were comfortable and provided the support I need, plus they didn't unstick part way through. I was particularly concerned about that as I had stuck and unstuck the first one three times to determine the best placement in the shoe - but no, they stayed put. I will be added these to my other shoes that I love but haven't been able to wear anymore due to pain from hallux limitus.

Pra mim não funcionou, achei muito desconfortável, acho que o fato de ser pra qualquer tamanho de pé não dá certo, calço 37 e achei a palmilha muito grande, fica incomodando em qualquer lugar que eu colasse. Tentei cortar um pedaço e ajudou, mas vou ter que cortar mais. Realmente desperdicei dinheiro

Awesome product! I was very skeptical of ordering this brand - BUT the “Very well known” brand I usually purchase was out of stock. I am SO happy I ordered these. I was concerned that the high arch part would be uncomfortable…but no worries at all! These come off easily to be in repositioned to fit your specific arch needs. They are excellent and very comfortably - At a fraction of the price of the popular well known brand. Each pair of arch supports are on a plastic piece that you peel off. These are Very easy to take off and reposition - even inside fabric sneakers! Each support says if it is for the Left or Right! These stay in place!! These can be removed and replaced. These can be rinsed off and remain just as sticky as if new! I love these. They are my new GO TO for arch supports in all my shoes! I haven’t tried them in my heeled pumps yet. However - Sneakers and flats I’ve tried and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ***last photo is of these supports inside a sneaker.

Good product quality

I really liked this product. it was at a great price on amazon which was jist amazing. It works great. i had alot of issues with my feet and i was in pain for months until i discovered insoles. This one in particular is great because it has a sticky consistency on the bottom of it- so i can actually take it off- readjust it inside the same shoe or even swap it into another shoe. it feels great on the foot and most importantly it helps my sore feet and allows an arch to be made. I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from sore feet, flat feet or Plantar Fasciitis.
