Everything shipped/arrived great. More importantly is my relief from intestinal cramping, both in my colon and in the area where my large and small intestines meet. Without exaggeration, this supplement is life-changing. That is, it also helps eliminate the unpredictible surges of body aches that would consume so much of my vitality and joy of life. My energy level now, while taking this supplement, is much more constant/stable, thank G-d. Though the label recommends "1-2 capsules, twice in a day," I take two, basically, with every meal (3 meals). Also appreciated is, unlike most of the other "Turmeric & Bromelain" offerings by other companies, this product (as stated directly from the label) "Contains NO sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish, or preservatives"... a "vegetarian/vegan product". ...No gelatin, either. For my dietary requirements (kosher), that's a "homerun" (This product does NOT have hechtsher). Having UC, spending gobs of money and suffering through examinations, doctor/hospital visits, and medications, I had nothing to lose but $15 trying this. I'm glad I did. Update Nov 28, 2012: This supplement has now become a staple of my diet, no different than if it were an item on my grocery list to pick up for healthy nutrition. Like healthy food, this supplement SIGNIFICANTLY helps maintain my vitality/health, thank G-d. Still been taking 2 "vcaps" with every meal (it seems most effective taken first, before I eat - perhaps it's just coincidence, and I would experience the same benefit taking them during or after a meal, as well). Colitis symptoms still minimal - and mostly non-existant. I DON'T NEED TO TAKE MEDICATION anymore to allieve symptoms, thank G-d. No more blood, no more mucus, no more bloating, no more joint ache/achiness, no more energy surges, no more discomfort, no more inconsistent bowel movements - almost all the time. What more could one ask for? The disease is still chronic... it's still there. Instead, I'm managing the symptoms with the help of this supplement and psyllium fiber with every meal, as well. I've also taken off some weight since starting this regimen, without adding any exercises or increasing my physical activity. I eat pretty well, too, thank G-d. ...After MUCH trial-and-error (over 5+ years), I've found consistent health staying away from (as best as possible) the following "foods": most everything located in the aisles of a supermarket (stick to the perimeter), cereals, "food" bars, sugars (in most fruits, too), pastas (basically, anything high in carbohydrate, including oats), dairy, egg, corn products (including corn syrup and maltodextrin/dextrin), beans/legumes (including humus & peanut products), acidic foods, seeds (including those inside foods such as eggplant, tomato), nuts, soy, staying away from "vegatarian" or "vegan" products, and refraining from eating out when possible (after not eating out for awhile, the next time you do, you'll taste how restaurant food is so sugary and salty). $15, 2 times/mo for Tumeric & Bromelain is $1 per day of health, with no side effects... priceless (or, worth at least the $30/month!). Now compare that to the cost of chemical, artificial medications that have all kinds of unpleasant, weird, inconsistent side effects. In addition, with medication, you become a slave to the "health"care system - to doctors, billing, insurance, procedures, etc, etc. Been there, no thanks. I don't wish for my existence to be dedicated and reduced to being a cog of this system. Nor do I want to be part of the "I Have Ulcerative Colitis!" mantra or "life"style, moping around in support groups and discussing my medications. Turmeric & Bromelain + Psyllium husk fiber, both taken with every meal, for relief and vitality from Ulcerative Colitis.

I was scheduled for surgery on my hand... mainly to correct "trigger finger" where my finger was locking up for a painful 10 minutes at a time.. or longer, and very often. Days before the surgery it was cancelled and not rescheduled because of bad communication between my doctors. I searched the internet and found most people thought this product helped them with joint pain. I was very skeptical and didn't really expect miracles... but I was desperate. After taking one of these capsules daily for 2 weeks I noticed it was not locking as often. After 3 weeks it was very manageable and I told them to cancel any plans they were making for the surgery. I am now using my 2nd bottle of this, and it has helped me so much. It still happens, but not as often... and I don't have the pain like before when it does lock. Also, I can unlock my finger right away, where it used to stay locked for as long as 10-15 minutes--- which was painful even afterwards. I am 74 years old. I almost gave this 5 stars..... not sure why I went with 4. I will continue to use this.
