Relax deep muscle
I feel that it is really hard at the beginning. However, according to time, you are used to it and then it really works well. Specially for the upper back and the middle back.

Amazing "torture" device!!!
Incredible roller! Love how effective and deep it hits. It definitely takes some time to get used to since the "teeth" are brand new and stiff. It really helps with stretching and deep tissue especially my glutes and back. The size is perfect and portable. The foam quality is top notch. Highly recommend to relieve soreness.

Hits the spot
After trying a cheaper roller which looks the same but wasn’t effective, I decided to bite the bullet & buy the Rumble Roller which is pricey. Wow! This roller really works to get to the painful knots. The bumps are truly firm so that they press into fascia & deep tissues. I find it easier to use than a massage ball which needs more balance to get right. This roller has been worth every penny.

Super fast! I have already been using this product ...
It came in 2 days. Super fast! I have already been using this product at the gym, so I was already aware that this roller would do the job. The product quality, needless to say, is good. I have been exercising for several years regularly and have used various types of rollers to relax my muscles, so for me there have not been any issue with using this (the black one), but it probably is too painful for those who have not used any roller before. Well, if you exercise regularly and already know that muscles need stretches and massages to prevent injuries, I strongly recommend this product! Others just cannot compare...

Best foam roller ever worth the money
Amazing.. best foam roller i’ve ever had. i’ve been running a few years now this is definitely my favorite. i’m currently in ait just graduated bootcamp and it’s helped relieve a lot of tightness/pain i’ve had that normal stretching and rollers haven’t helped. it’s expensive but worth it seems very durable and really gets deep into your tissue
