Delicious! This is my absolute favorite kraut, and I have been enjoying it for years. We recently moved, and stores here don't sell it, so I have been ordering it from Amazon, using Prime. This time I saw no expiration date. Maybe, bscause it is from Germany, they don't put it on. I have never had bad or old-seeming kraut, so maybe it doesn't matter. But it truly is exquisite in taste.

This is one of the most delicious sauerkrauts I have eaten. It is an excellent quality of sauerkraut with a fresh taste and crisp texture and shredded perfectly to eat with a fork. It does have white wine added for nice flavor with the sauerkraut but the wine itself has very little distinct taste. It has no probiotic benefits due to being pasteurized and preservatives added. The price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity.

Poor quality, stick with store bought kraut.

This is a delicious Bavarian sweet sauerkraut that my family have always used. Wonderful with pork and mashed potatoes and green peas. Been buying this brand for years. Jars are fully packed and minimal juice. Not too salty especially when cooked with the roast— I use a pork butt, bone in.
