Bought it to help my daughter's thyroid but have used it for so many other things as well. I had bad congestion in my ears and I used it to rub behind my ears and in front and within 30 minutes I felt the pressure release and the sinus drain, it helps with headaches and I have even used it on my chronic tennis elbow pain and it totally helps with the inflammation.
