普段はライ◯ンのCheck ◯pを使っています。朝はこっち、夜はライ◯ンのを使うんですが、ホワイトニング効果は緩やかにある気がします！正直、泡だったりミント風味が辛かったりの歯磨き粉は苦手なんですが、これはマイルドです。 継続頑張ります。
