Very mild, natural Taste

Its okay don't know if its really works

Tastes not very good and price is high for 16 tea bags

I only drank 2 cups of this tea in my 32 weeks, and I started having severe palpitations issue although I was fine before. I don't know if it's the quality of the tea or I am sensitive to its ingredients.

I think it worked really well for my needs. I used this tea from 33-38.5 weeks hoping for a shortened labor period as a first time mom. The taste reminded me of spearmint tea so i preferred to drink it hot, cold, or blended into a smoothie with frozen berries for added hydration. I really enjoyed this tea and would use it again with my next pregnancy but maybe will start at around 25 weeks instead.Baby was born exactly 1 day before his due date at home with no complications. We labored for 7.5 hours start to finish with 10-15 minutes of pushing. Natural grazes with no stitches required.I used this tea blend combined with Dates, Pineapples, and consistent movement + stretching :)Hope this review helped a mommy planning her birth 💓 you got this.
