Hito Honeycomb Rubber Solid Tire with Stainless Steel Tire Levers for Xiaomi M365 Electric Scooter, 8.5in - 2 Pieces

I received 2 solid tires and a steel lever as described. Delivery is quite fast considering the current situation. (Covid) There is no instructions so you have to rely on youtube videos. You don’t have to boil or microwave the tire to fix it but you will need proper tools and a lot of strength to do it. 2 levers will be very helpful but it comes with only one, I used an ikea fork instead. Sturdy size 18 wrench is a must especially if you’re removing the rear tire for the first time. I must warn you, removing & fixing solid tires is really tough and quite exhausting. I have been using this for a week now and first 2 days will feel different but you’ll get use to it. Riding in paver blocks is like riding in a rough road feeling all the bumps and vibrations which is expected. But you don’t have to worry about puncture anymore. All in all this is a good buy and will be worth your time, money and strength. Highly recommended.

Perfect replacement. It’s a bit tough to install but the included tool helps a lot. Boil the tires in water before installing and use a little lube to make it easier.

I ordered specifically as it mentioned to come with the steel lever that’s needed to install the tyre but only got the tyre without the lever .

It's been a month since using the tires; 1 - installation is manageable using the hot water technique 2 - more jerks felt while riding. The rubber is extremely hard and the honeycomb design does not provide any shock absorption. The handle screw loosens due to the jerks 3 - tires already loosing grip. Started to loose traction

Ho acquistato questo articolo perchè avevo la necessità di cambiare la ruota del mio Monopattino Elettrico Xiaomi M365 dopo aver forato. Sin da quando ho acquistato il monopattino ho sempre avuto il timore di forare le ruote, perchè leggendo varie recensioni sono venuto a conoscenza del fatto che è relativamente facile bucare e parecchio difficile cambiare le ruote. Dopo circa 100km infatti la ruota posteriore si è bucata ed ho avuto la possibilità di sperimentare la fatica durante la sostituzione. Tuttavia grazie ai tutorial che si trovano sul web, è facile smontare le ruote velocemente e nel modo corretto, e aggevolano il montaggio. La ruota è molto dura e resistente, vi consiglio di utilizzare una pistola termica per ammorbidirla leggermente ed incastrarla con l'ausilio di una o più leve. La sostituzione può essere svolta anche da soli, ma se avete la possibilità di farvi aiutare, un paio di mani in più non guasteranno affatto! Vi consiglio anche di fare particolare attenzione a non sollecitare il freno a disco durante l'inserimento della ruota posteriore, evitate di fare pressione su di esso per evitare di deformarlo come è successo a me; la più piccola delle deformazioni può influenzare la sua compatibilità e potreste avere la necessità di sostituirlo, se vi è più comodo potete smontarlo e rimontarlo a seguito della riparazione. Questo kit è davvero ottimo, offre 2 ruote in gomma piena a nido d'ape che hanno il compito di ammortizzare il più possibile gli urti ed evitare di dover sostituire la ruota ad ogni foratura come sarebbe capitato con delle ruote con camera d'aria. Nel kit è anche presente una piccola asta di metallo con la quale poter fare leva per inserire la nuova ruota; se potete usate almeno un'altra leva per facilitarvi il compito. Malgrado io abbia letto diverse lamentele riguardo al passaggio alle ruote a gomma piena, io mi sto trovando benissimo, la differenza si percepisce ma è minima e adesso sono sicuramente più sollevato sapendo di non avere il rischio di bucare e di dover sudare per cambiare le ruote di volta in volta. Spero di esservi stato utile, vi allego qui di seguito qualche foto relativa al prodotto per darvi un'idea e se avete delle domande, non esitate a pormele.

Had a love hate relationship with my m365. Untill yesterday I had used it just five short trips in two months. Its been a front door stop whilst I researched bought and tried various different tyres. These tyres I received yesterday (Prime) and after boiling attempted to put on front wheel. Simmered for another hour turning every 15mins and went on with a drop of diluted fairy, a size 9 boot and three 12" tyre levers. Pulled a muscle in belly and twanged my shoulder. Don't like the honeycombe look at all but.... Went out for spin last night and big cheesy grin. Used on carpark tarmac and fine. Bumps are felt. No vibrations. Disappointed the sheer lack of tyre choice and the makers of the scooter who supply two spare tyres and tubes made out of paper. These tyres are rubber not nylon. Noticeable difference.

Une véritable épreuve de force que furent l'installation des deux pneu sur ma M365, ayant une force que je jugerais dans la moyenne il m'a fallu 3 à 4H pour installer ceux-ci. ( d'ailleurs ne pensez pas a aller chez décathlon ou un atelier de vélo, ils ne veulent pas ou peut en entendre parler ou alors vont vous facturer au delà du raisonnable ) bref, "facile a monter/installer" 2 emme etoile car il y a un démonte pneu dans le package ( par ailleurs armez vous d'un deuxième et/ou d'un grand tournevis plat (30CM +)) sinon de base je ne voulais en mettre qu'une. pas contre le vendeur mais la question qui m'est posé a cette review est : "facile a monter ?" et "facile a installer" et cella serait mentir si je disait que c'est facile . pour le reste je suis extrêmement satisfait. Faites juste une recherche sur google sur ces pneu avant d'acheter ( tappez hollow wheels m365 ) , cella est une modification importante/radicale de votre trottinette pouvant par ailleurs limiter votre garantie si vous en avez une ! une fois installé, pour ma part,cella a totalement changé ma façon de conduire : je vais moins vite et je tourne moins serré car ce n'est plus la même sensation mais je peut toujours mettre a fond la vitesse dans les lignes droites. personnellement je ne regrette pas car je suis un gros bourrin avec mon EV et les chambres a air ont déjà fuité plus d'une fois a cause de mon style de conduite mais cette modification n'est clairement pas pour tout le monde . PRO : plu aucune fuite possible. CON : batterie et tube d' aspirines vide plus vite ( on ressent beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup plus la surface du sol et le poids est plus lourd a tirer pour la batterie ).
