### ⭐ Motor mit Totalschaden = NULL STERNE

Nachdem ich auf meine Reklamation vom 11.10.20 keine Antwort erhielt stelle ich den Text der Reklamation hier zum Nachlesen ein und möchte ergänzen, dass ich vorhin bei amazon erneut diesen Fall reklamierte: Die Dunsthaube TEKA Flachpaneel TL 6310 wurde mir in unbeschädigter Verpackung am 22.7.2020 zugestellt. Gestern, am 10.10.2020 habe ich die neue Küche mit der Dunsthaube eingebaut. Im ersten Moment habe ich den Totalschaden am Motor der Haube nicht bemerkt. Erst als ich sie einschalten wollte. Das Licht funktioniert zwar, aber der Motor tut keinen Mucks. Beim Kontrollieren, wo der Fehler sein könnte, sah ich den Totalschaden, siehe in der Anlage. Da der Motor im unbeschädigten Metallgehäuse eingebaut war, muss der Motor wohl bereits mit der Beschädigung eingebaut worden sein. Egal wie der Schaden entstand, die Haube wurde so geliefert. Ich bin Schreiner und war früher auch viele Jahre Küchenmonteur. Es kann von mir nicht verlangt werden, dass ich die noch original verpackte Haube auspacke und in alle Einzelteile zerlege, um solche Fehler zu entdecken. Wie gesagt,, das Licht funktioniert, der Motor nicht. Und so, wie diese aussieht, ist es ein Totalschaden. Ansonsten hat die Haube null Beschädigung. Ich reklamiere fast nie, aber sowas ist in meinen Augen eine Frechheit und ich erwarte, dass die Haube ersetzt wird. Ich will kein Geld zurückbekommen, sondern genau diese Haube ersetzt haben. Ich werde nach Zustellung der neuen Haube die alte in original Verpackung selbstverständlich zurücksenden.
