I use it mostly for throwing chopped food into pot/pan. Much better than a knife for this purpose. Simple, easy to clean, doesn't take up space in drawer. Haven't used it to manage any pastry though ;)

These are perfect for today’s baking mats. They will not cut them. We received two of them. One was white and one was green and they’re very nicely made. I expect many years of satisfactory used from them and I recommend them.
