These are true compression sleeves. They are very snug but they get the job done. After the first wear, they feel more comfortable . I would purchase again

This is my very first experience with compression socks or sleeves and I must say this are comfortable. I wore one all day and my leg and knee do feel better this evening. And, I always have swelling, tonight there is no swelling. I’ll keep wearing it.

The BEST compression socks I’ve worn . They stay up and aren’t too tight . I don’t even know they are on . Material and wear is very comfortable. Will buy again in other colors .

I bought these as a second pair of compression socks for a long flight coming up. I liked that they were sockless and just a legging sleeve. When they arrived they didn't smell of any chemicals, looked well made, and I tried them on. It's tight at the skinny opening, but just slowly inching it up my leg by pulling at the wider end worked well. Yesterday I had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs 8+ times, after a period of inactivity due to some health issues. So today my legs are feeling it. Once I slipped these over my calves, I discovered my pain went down about 80% which was surprising. I had no clue these would do that, I was merely trying them on to be sure they fit so I don't get a blood clot while flying. Since they had that immediate affect on my leg pain, I left them on instead of taking them off to put in the wash. They feel fine hours later, and I have no interest in taking them off. I came back to this page to get a pair in another color and write this review. These are great. For size reference, I got the size small which was fine for my thicker calves. I'm 5 foot 0 and it was just long enough to go ankle to knee without folding over. Really great option and I love that it has no sock so I can wear this with sandals on hikes as well.

My daughter's orthopedic surgeon recommended these since she is having an issue with her muscle protruding through the fascia following a tumor removal. She absolutely loves it and it has given her much relief. It provides great all around compression and is very comfortable to wear.
