By a little iron it is 8 mg which is supposedly half of daily requirement. A recent blood test show I am a little anemic. As an older guy taking MDR minimum daily req doses of iron is not in my livers best interest. I'm not sure it helps yet but it was nice to find a multi with a little iron. The tabs are scored & will easily break in half. Good price, even better if the results come out good.
