All of the packaging and useage information is printed in English and in French … très chic. But the tag on each cloth says it’s made in China.

I'm nervous to buy this item. Can I return it if it does not work as well as I'd like?

what is the size of the cloth? The description says 6 X 3 inches. I want the 16 inch one.

My cloth has been washed many times and is currently about 15-1/2" by 6-1/2". It was probably 16" when I first got it :-)
