Stopped working in a week - so disappointed

Product end point is interchangeable and no more extra wire dangling just plug and unplug the socket you need. In terms of the voltage selection just hold the button till the desire voltage is selected. Always check the voltage before plugging the item you want.

Good quality and feel nice but I used it on my laptop and it burned something on the motherboard and now it is being repaired for a huge bill I read all the instructions and followed every single one of them one by one I wish there was more information about the rivers concter or a warning ... Good for cheap stuff

The device is of high quality, comes with different pins and a well written guideline. Used it to replace my router broken plug. I'd highly recommend getting this as a backup for numerous electric devices. Make sure though the voltage is appropriate to your device.
