I have sleep apnea and this item does not have enough airflow to stop anyone from snoring. It is also very loud and keeps me from being able to go to sleep. I have returned this item for a refund.

I read the crappy reviews but felt compelled to give it a try anyway. Wow, I honestly don't even know how this made it to market! It is so loud, I can't imagine how anyone would be able to sleep with this lawnmower in their nose all night! And the fans don't even do anything! No pressure of air felt at all. Finally, they don't even stay in the nose.Amazon, please discontinue this product!! What a waste of resources and material!

They do not stay in place and don’t offer free return shipping. In order to get a refund your shipping cost are more then the cost of the product so you are out money if you buy this product.

I was on vacation and didn’t bring my cpap with me so I bought these. They are so loud I don’t know how anyone can get to sleep. They helped a little but couldn’t use the the medium or high settings because they were so loud.

Item works well. Definitely not a cpap machine quality but if you don't snore to bad it works. However the charging part is trash. Had one replaced because it stopped working. Got replacement and it was fine till didn't use for a couple of days then it wouldn't charge or turn on Tried changing longer and even turning it on while plugged in, NOTHING! I feel the item works well but both worth it when you can charge it. Very disappointed.

This product doesn't help at all and won't stay in place. Don't waste your money.
