Encyclopedia of Kettlebell Lifting Series 2 is the continuation of the massive and best selling Encyclopedia of Kettlebell Lifting Series 1 created by Steve Cotter. With over 220 new techniques, this DVD series will take any serious Kettlebell lifter's technical skill and knowledge to the highest level possible. Picking up where the first series ended, Cotter adds to the techniques shown on the original set with more advanced and challenging lifts. Additionally, Cotter teaches some of his favorite personal lifts like, his Kettlebell juggling and his popular Explode series of lifts. You will also be taken though Steve Cotters own private Kettlebell workout that is responsible for his own unique and unequaled power and strength with the Kettlebells. This workout was designed for you to follow along with Cotter from the warm up to each amazing lift he does! As an added bonus, an additional 10 programs are included for general conditioning, core training, anaerobic conditioning, mobility, strength and power and overall cardio. This is without a doubt the most comprehensive series on Kettlebell lifting ever created!

Best of the best, truly (bonus workout at the end too!)
Steve is by far the best instructor for anything to do with Kettlebells or bodyweight training. I've seen many kettlebell vids, and the guy teaches with kettlebell Phd like instruction (seems to know his kinesiology too). Not showy at all, but uses heavy weight so you can see good form under gross strain (respect). Explains in depth all the intricacies, dangers, common mistakes, variations, etc with each exercise...making this comprehensive video true to its' namesake (encyclopedia) and not just a cliche. The bonus workout demo is amazing and extreme, the real deal. I'm surprised he added that in there. Definitely don't blow that part off if you buy it, even if you don't use it all...it gives you ideas for what will work best for your own workout. The only vid of his I don't own is the "Science of Kettlebell - Push Pull"
