I love this! I’m thinking about getting a bigger one or another for the other side or something similar. One thing I will say that is slightly misleading in the photo, is it appears to be a smooth transition from the post to the ball and that’s not the case. It’s simply just the post with a ball at the end of it which can make installing it a bit harder.

The stud itself is beautiful. I have only two concerns: The first being that the ball on the end is much bigger than the gauge and is a bit difficult for insertion. The other, the surface of the stud is a but rough to the touch.

I've bought several real gold n díamond nose bars through Amazon and tho they were larger and more noticeable I lost them quickly (two less than a week) but the opposite end of this bar is just right as is the bar itself to hold nice and snug in my hole - I did scratch my nose one time and slip my fingernail accidently under the head and it popped out and bounced on the bedside take area - my husband turned lights out and found it by shining a flashlight around and it sparkled so bright he found it PDQ (along with God and St Anthony of lost things lol)

Although the diamond is of good quality, this nose bone is NOT prong set. It's some kind of hybrid of bezel and prong, which is NOT good for a nose. It makes it too obvious that something is not right, and I want my nose bone to be a positive thing, not a confusing thing. I have tried FOUR different nose bones from this seller, and one was right, the other three were that confusing bezel/prong setting. The one I kept is great, but I need another to match it.....VERY FRUSTRATING.
