Although it was not a necessity, I thought of trying it.It does the kneading job really well. In 6 minutes it can knead 2 glasses of flour to serve 6 people. with ease. The manual says not to use beyond 10 minutes to avoid over heating. Please make a note.It has 5 speed controls. But I used it on speed 1 only and it's fine.The container rolls while the rods knead.It's fun to watch!!!The build quality is sturdy and good. From the manufacturer, no compromise on this factor at all.The machine has rubber feet which can get sticky to the base, this is designed to avoid vibration - good.Go for it.
